This page contains all of the changes we made to the house, including options and color choices.

Wall Changes

Final First Floor Plan See the numbered arrows for the changes
#1 Change entrance to Master Bedroom to be the plan above Current plan has smaller nook for TV and nook type entrance to master bedroom
#2 Extend walls each side main entrance to 24" It isn't much but this seems to separate the Dining/Entry/Formal Living rooms better.
#3 Reverse Double Oven & Refrigerator This makes it easier to work in the kitchen with the fridge open and puts the fridge by the cabinet that we will put glasses in.  We are also going to put glass fronts on the cabinets to the right of the fridge
#4 Utility sink placement in master garage
#5 Extended patio

Tile (Guest Suite Bathroom) LFBE 331 12" Azure/Gray (Delorean Gray grout)
The Tile people goofed and switched the tile for the Guest Bath and the Jack 'n' Jill, we figured we would leave it be till we realized the Azure/Grey tile didn't work out.  The sample was a 6"x6" tile, the actual tile was a 12" tile which didn't work well in such a small room.  We had the builder remove the Azure/Grey (since they goofed and put the wrong tile in anyway) and install a white tile in the guest bath.
