Notes to myself of things I want to discuss with the actual installers or do myself

Insulate Garages
  I want Insulate 2 outer walls of 1 car garage. (10' North and 20' East side) to R13
  I need to insulate Fronts of both garages (beside and above doors) to R13
    Walls are 116 1/2 inches tall there are ~33 (guesstimate including garage door wall) gaps to fill in
    That makes 3844.5 linear inches of wall space to fill
    Each bat is 93", that works out to ~41 bats
    11 bats per package, means I need 4 packages
Heather and I did the insulation on 8/31.  We bought 4 packages of insulation and had 5 bats leftover (I put them in the media room walls).

Plumb gutter downspouts into a french drain type of thing that outputs several feet away from house. Models have this and it very functional and looks cool.
Save all leftover brick/stone (we kept leftover brick from incorrect delivery)
