We had a team morale event at GatSplat Indoor Paintball Fields in Lewisville
There's nothing more stress relieving that putting a couple rounds into your management team (including directors) and teammates

A few words of advice if you are going to play paintball for the first time

Wear gloves of some sort.
My fingers took a beating since you typically lead up with your gun exposing your hands first. -
Wear a hat or some other head covering, to pretect your scalp.

Wear multiple shirts, at least one should be long sleeve to pretect your arms A hoodie is even better as that offers you neck protection as the balls do sting when they hit

Wear trash shoes
You are not likely to to get shot in the foot (most shots are upper body) but you will be running around on a slippery surface and you will need to have dry shoes for the drive home. -
Take a rag (or two) to wipe yourself and your gear off
